Shipping info

Important information:

  1. Please leave enough details of your delivery address to ensure smooth delivery. It would be better if your delivery address matches the apartment/unit number. A correct email is mandatory to receive the order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is needed to be contacted by the delivery person if necessary.
  2. Please note that we are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect / insufficient / incomplete delivery address, incorrect postcode / postcode, etc. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping costs due to personal reasons.
  3. Please note that our shipping service providers only accept shipments to a valid address. We do not deliver to post office boxes or ship to remote areas and islands, military addresses (APO/FPO).
 

Shipping modalities for vouchers by download:

You have the option of paying for the vouchers directly by credit card, Paypal or online bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung) (free of charge). You will receive the voucher immediately by e-mail. (Mode of dispatch: "Download and immediate dispatch by e-mail").

 

Delivery modalities for vouchers by post:

Vouchers will be sent by Post Express or DHL. All shipping prices in EURO including VAT.

The delivery time can take up to 7 working days (Monday - Friday) depending on the destination. Delivery takes place within the first and the last working day. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Upon request, delivery can also be made at a later date.
